Tai Chi Standard Short Form (24) for Health and Balance Webinar
This program is an excellent place for those wishing to experience Tai Chi for the first time or to further develop their ongoing practice. We will be covering the Standard Form (24) Tai Chi as well as some applications for various movements. [Course counts toward certification in Qigong Therapy]
