Wednesdays: Tai Chi Made Simple 10-10:30 am and Qigong 6-7 pm
Thursdays: Qigong 2:30-3 pm and Tai Chi Long Form 3:10-4:10 pm
Unless otherwise stated, no previous experience is needed for any classes.

Tai Chi for Beginners course-
Learn to find your true center, physically and mentally. Learn to feel each moment, one at a time in a relaxing welcoming environment. This is a great class for beginners to learn Tai Chi, improve balance, and enhance well-being. We will be covering the Standard Form (24) Tai Chi.
12 week program, one hour per week, $150.
Offered Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am EDT (taught in-person by Jim Bielan- Bio.) starting April 10, 2024.
Registered students will also have access to previous recordings of the Standard Form (24) for a year for the option of at-home practice.
