Shiba Luohan Gong was created 1500 years ago by a Buddhist monk, Da Mo, and taught to the Shaolin Monks in China to improve their health and stamina. The movements combine breathing and visualization as well as strengthening and stretching to recondition the joints, increase range of motion, and energize the body. The Luohan set is incredibly fun and invigorating. Grand Circulation meditation will be practiced along with the movements to enhance energy flow, deepen awareness, and improve physical health. No prior experience needed!
