Tuesdays at 11:30 am starting April 10, 2018. Increase energy flow through your body, improve balance, strengthen and heal muscles and joints, and enhance mental focus with these three styles of Qigong.
As the seasons change, so does our energy. In this class we will study in depth the Four Seasons Qigong set (from the teachings of Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming) which helps the body adjust to the changing seasons as well as clears out energy blockages in specific organ systems.
Thursdays 1:30-2 pm, starting May 9, 2019. Cultivate your energy to very high levels with these meditations.Each week we will experience a variety of meditations including some taught to me by Master Hong Liu in Los Angeles and Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in Boston.
