All winter classes will be online-only this session. This is my ninth year offering online classes and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Four Seasons Qigong Online
Gentle movements that relax the body, stretch muscles and joints, and increase circulation through the organs will have you feeling peaceful and energized. As the seasons change, so does our energy. In this class we will study in depth the Four Seasons Qigong set (from the teachings of Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming) which helps the body adjust to the changing seasons as well as clears out energy blockages in specific organ systems. This set has been practiced for hundreds of years to promote wellness and relieve pain and stiffness. There are four sets in this sequence- General (for the spine and neck), Spring (for the abdomen), Summer/Fall (for the chest and arms), Winter (for the low back and legs). We will also practice deep meditation to move energy through the meridians of the body with the Microcosmic Orbit and Twelve Meridian Meditations. No prior experience needed.

Live broadcasts on Wednesdays 6-7 pm EST, starting February 3, 2021.
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
