Wednesdays: Tai Chi Short Form 12:15-1:15 pm, Qigong 6-7 pm
Thursdays: Qigong 2:30-3 pm, Tai Chi Long Form 3:10-4:10 pm
Unless otherwise stated, no previous experience is needed for any classes.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Nutrition Webinar
What should you eat to feel well? Learn how your body changes with the seasons and what foods help or hinder that process. Learn what systems you have out of balance and what specific foods will help correct this. We will cover principles of Chinese Medicine including physical and emotional symptoms, personality factors, tongue diagnosis, and specific diet suggestions. No prior experience needed.
8 lesson program, one hour per lesson, $125. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea) Course counts toward certification in Qigong Therapy
