Wednesdays: 12-1 pm Tai Chi Short Form, and 6-7 pm Qigong
Thursdays: 2:30 pm Qigong, 3-4 pm Long Form Tai Chi

Qigong Meditation Webinar 10 Week
Cultivate your energy to very high levels with these meditations. Each week we will experience a variety of meditations including some taught to me by Master Hong Liu in Los Angeles and Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in Bostonas well as many others developed by me over the years.
For the fall session we will cover Buddha Mind Meditation, Qi Cleansing Breath Meditation, Walking Meditation, Whole Body Breathing Meditation, Balance Yin and Yang Meditation and more.
No prior experience needed!
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as recordings of each class for two years.
You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course.
10 week program, a half hour class each week, broadcasted Thursdays 2:30-3 pm EDT, starting Sept. 17, 2020. $75. ONLY $55 if taking another course!
