In this one-day workshop, Rich Marantz will guide you on a journey to find peace through practices of Qigong movements, guided meditations, and mindfulness exercises. Special emphasis will be on connecting with the techniques on a personal level and a method for successful home practice.
Rich is a holistic registered nurse and the director and instructor of Green Mountain Tai chi in Southwestern Vermont. He is also the author of two books that offer much support for those on their journey of peace. His first book, The Way of the Voice of Peace was released in 2010 and has inspired many with his honest and heartfelt story of finding his way through the struggles of life to connect with spirit and find peace. His second book, available soon, focuses on resiliency and developing the ability to grow through adversity.
