Yang Style Long Form Tai Chi
Live Broadcast online course-
This is an advanced Tai Chi course. It is for those students who have previous Tai Chi experience and runs as a series of modules. We will cover the Yang Long Form Tai Chi. The first five pieces of Primordial Qigong will also be practiced at the beginning of each class to improve health and peace of mind. In-depth work on breathing and coiling is a center point of this course. The modules will run in consecutive order, progressing through the entire Long Form over a two year period. During each module, we will be reviewing only what is covered in that particular module and not in previous modules. New students can join the Long Form class at the beginning of any module.
Online broadcasts offer a safe and convenient opportunity to learn in your own home. No special program needed. Join the class live or view recordings on any device anytime.
You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate.
Modules of 10 weeks, one hour per week, $140. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea) New students may join at the beginning of each module. No discounts apply to this course.
First session: Thursdays at 3-4 pm beginning Sept. 17, 2020. We will cover the first section of the Long Form in this session. Note: no class Nov. 26, 2020.
Second session: Thursdays at 3-4 pm EST beginning Dec. 3, 2020. Note: no class Dec. 24 and 31, 2020.
