Crane Flying Qigong with Four Gates Breathing and Microcosmic Orbit
Recorded Program
Crane Flying Qigong with Four Gates Breathing and Microcosmic Orbit Meditations:
Learn how to increase energy flow! This class combines physical movement with powerful visualizations to strengthen the body and focus the mind. Crane Flying Qigong is a popular style of Qigong that includes flowing movements to gather energy from the universe and circulate it through the body as we work on strengthening the muscles and joints and improving balance. We will also practice Four Gates Breathing and Microcosmic Orbit meditations to deepen awareness of the energy flow within and connect to Universal energy. Focusing techniques to sense energy are a key component of this course and will enhance peace of mind and wellbeing. No prior experience needed.
This course is accessible to people of all ages and abilities and no previous experience is needed!
8 lessonprogram, one hour per lesson. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)
Registered students will have access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years.
