Tai Chi 24 Form
Looking for a great online class experience?
All winter classes will be online-only this session. Our school has been offering online classes for over eight years and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Tai Chi and Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Tai Chi Short Form (24 Form) Online course-
Learn to find your true center, physically and mentally. Learn to feel each moment, one at a time. This program is an excellent place for those wishing to experience Tai Chi for the first time or to further develop their ongoing practice. Online broadcasts offer a safe and convenient opportunity to learn in your own home. No special program needed.
You can choose to be on-screen or off and ask questions directly to the teacher or type them in the chat section.
