Wednesdays: Tai Chi Short Form 12:15-1:15 pm, Qigong 6-7 pm
Thursdays: Qigong 2:30-3 pm, Tai Chi Long Form 3:10-4:10 pm
Unless otherwise stated, no previous experience is needed for any classes.

Tai Chi 24 Form
Tai Chi Short Form (24 Form) course-
Learn to find your true center, physically and mentally. Learn to feel each moment, one at a time. This program is an excellent place for those wishing to experience Tai Chi for the first time or to further develop their ongoing practice. We will be covering the Standard Form (24) Tai Chi as well as the Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong. This course is offered twice a year, beginning in September and again in February.
12 week program, one hour per week, $150.
Offered Wednesdays 12:15-1:15 pm EDT (taught in-person by Lori Scime- Bio.) starts again Feb. 15, 2023.
Registered students will also have access to previous recordings of each class for a year for the option of at-home practice.
