Five Animals Qigong
Five Animals Qigong 8 Week Class
Five Animals Qigong is a fun, energetic series of movements that feel great to practice. This set was devised nearly 2,000 years ago by Hua T'o, the father of Chinese medicine. Movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer and tiger strengthen the internal organs and harmonize the five elemental energies (fire, water, earth, wood, metal). Five Elements Organ Meditation will also be practiced. No experience needed!
8 week program, one hour per week, $120. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)
Wednesdays 6-7 pm, starting Nov. 28, 2018. Note: no class Dec. 26, 2018 and Jan. 2, 2019.
Course is also offered online Tuesdays at 11:30 am and those registered for the Wed. night class will have access to the online class as well as recordings of each class.
