Five Animals Qigong with Five Elements Organ Meditation

Five Animals Qigong is a fun, energetic series of movements that feel great to practice. This set was devised nearly 2,000 years ago by Hua T'o, the father of Chinese medicine. Movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer and tiger strengthen the internal organs and harmonize the five elemental energies (fire, water, earth, wood, metal). Three movements for each animal, for a total of 15 movements, will be covered in this course. Five Elements Organ Meditation will also be practiced and integrated into the movements to deepen the healing qualitites of the form. No experience needed!

8 week program, one hour per week, $125. (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)

In-person and live broadcasts on Wednesdays 6-7 pm, starting November 30, 2022
