Fall Special! Five Animals Qigong Online
Looking for a great online class experience?
All fall classes will be online-only this session. This is my eighth year offering online classes and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Five Animals Qigong Online
Five Animals Qigong is a fun, energetic series of movements that feel great to practice. This set was devised nearly 2,000 years ago by Hua T'o, the father of Chinese medicine. Movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer and tiger strengthen the internal organs and harmonize the five elemental energies (fire, water, earth, wood, metal). Three movements for each animal, for a total of 15 movements, will be covered in this course. Five Elements Organ Meditation will also be practiced. No experience needed!
8 week program, one hour per week, Special Price - $120 (Price was previously $160). (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)
Live broadcasts on Wednesdays 6-7 pm EST, starting November 11, 2020. Note: no class Nov. 25, 2020.
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
