Wednesdays: 12-1 pm Tai Chi Short Form, and 6-7 pm Qigong
Thursdays: 2:30 pm Qigong, 3-4 pm Long Form Tai Chi
Unless otherwise stated, no previous experience is needed for any classes.

Energy Boost Qigong
Looking for a great online class experience?
All spring classes will be online-only this session. You will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Energy Boost Qigong 6-week Course
Learn some simple yet powerful energy exercises that build stamina, strengthen immunity, relieve pain, and reduce stress. Exercises are drawn from both Traditional Chinese Medicine and the work of renowned energy expert Donna Eden. These exercises are very easy to incorporate in your daily routine, keeping you healthy and balanced. No experience needed!
6-week program, one hour per week, $75. (Taught by Lori Scime- Bio.)
Live broadcasts on Wednesdays 12:00-1:00 pm EDTstarting April 14, 2021.
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
I highly recommend this class for anyone, but especially for those of us who are tuned into our bodies and are looking to improve the balance in ourselves.
