Shiba Luohan Gong is incredibly fun, invigorating, and healing. The Luohan set was created 1500 years ago by a Buddhist monk, Da Mo, and taught to the Shaolin Monks in China to improve their health and stamina. The movements combine breathing and visualization as well as strengthening and stretching to recondition the joints, increase range of motion, and energize the body. No prior experience needed!
