As the seasons change, so does our energy. In this class we will study in depth the Four Seasons General Qigong set for the neck and spine and the Winter set for the low back, legs, and kidneys. These exercises are from the teachings of Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming and help the body adjust to the winter season as well as clear out energy blockages. Four Seasons Qigong has been practiced for hundreds of years to promote wellness and relieve pain. No experience needed!
This course is a simulcast of a live course offered at the Qi Gong Instutute of Rochester. Online students will be able to view the class live but will not be on-screen during the course. Online students will also have access to the recordings of each class in this series.
10 week program, a half hour per week, $80. ONLY $60 if taking another course!
