Crane Flying, Fragrance Qigong, and Qi Circulation Recorded Program
This class combines physical movement with powerful visualizations to strengthen the body and focus the mind. Crane Flying Qigong is a popular style of Qigong that includes flowing movements to gather energy from the universe and circulate it through the body as we work on strengthening the muscles and joints and improving balance. Fragrance Qigong (2nd set) consists of 15 standing postures of arm, hip, and knee movements that help bring healing to the organs and joints. We will also learn Chinese self-massage to improve circulation. This routine of self-massage includes techniques for the whole body and is from Dr. Yang’s teachings on Chinese Massage. Self-massage is a traditional part of Qigong practice used to heal illness and promote wellness and balance in the body by increasing Qi and blood flow. We will cover techniques from head to foot including special energy points for healing. No prior experience needed.
