All spring Qigong classes will be online-only this session. This is my ninth year offering online classes and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.

Rising Lotus, Six Healing Sounds, and Fragrance Qigong~

Heal the body at deep levels with Rising Lotus Medical Qigong, Six Healing Sounds, Fragrance Qigong, and three types of meditation. Learn how to relax and increase energy circulation, focus the mind, and feel deep peace throughout your body. I will also be teaching five elements and meridian theory to help each student better understand the nature of energy in his or her body. No prior experience needed. This course is also called Qigong and Chinese Medicine.

Rising Lotus Medical Qigong was created by Master Lisa over 20 years ago. It's a simple, flowing series of movements that will bring deep healing to your body and spirit. The Six Healing Sounds Qigong is one of the oldest styles ever created, dating back to 600 BC. With this simple set of six movements you will clear out energy blockages from the organs and bring your emotions into harmony. Fragrance Qigong is a very popular style practiced by millions of people in China every day. In this class we will learn the first set of this style.

Qigong Meditation is an important tool for wellbeing and cultivation of your internal energy. In this course we will learn three meditations for building energy within the body for healing and longevity: Dantian Meditation with the Earth and Sun, Body Breathing Dantian Meditation, and Inner Smile Meditation. Master Lisa will guide you through each meditation to deeply relax your body, mind, and spirit and cultivate your Qi.

Live broadcasts on Wednesdays 6-7:15 pm EDT, starting Apr. 13, 2022.

Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
