Spring Qigong Online
Looking for a great online class experience?
All spring Qigong classes will be online-only this session. This is my ninth year offering online classes and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Spring into health! Learn how to clear out stress and stagnation from the body with Qigong and nutrition for a fresh start! Spring Qigong will include a variety of exercises from many styles of Qigong to create a simple routine for feeling motivated, healthy and alive, as well as balanced and relaxed.
Spring is a perfect time to get the energy moving after a long winter. Spring Qigong will focus on the Liver and Spleen energy systems which are the most affected by stress. These exercises will help anyone who is feeling stuck or stressed or has trouble focusing on self-care. Nutritional suggestions will focus on improving circulation and balancing the Liver and strengthening the digestion.
This course is accessible to people of all ages and abilities and no previous experience is needed!
10 week program, a half hour per week, $80. ONLY $60 if taking another course!

Live broadcasts on Thursdays, 2:30-3 pm EST, starting March 3, 2022.
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
