Shiba Luohan Qigong Sections 5-9 Online
Looking for a great online class experience?
All winter classes will be online-only this session. This is my ninth year offering online classes and you will find the classroom environment to be easy, friendly, and welcoming. Students gather from around the world to connect and learn Qigong. You have the choice to join the class during live broadcast, be on-screen if you’d like, or view the lessons later on your own schedule.
Shiba Luohan Gong "Eighteen Immortals Qigong" Sections 5-9, 10-Week Class
Shiba Luohan Gong was created 1500 years ago by a Buddhist monk, Da Mo, and taught to the Shaolin Monks in China to improve their health and stamina. The movements combine breathing and visualization as well as strengthening and stretching to recondition the joints, increase range of motion, and energize the body. The Luohan set is incredibly fun and invigorating. No prior experience needed!
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have access to the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course. During live broadcasts you have the option of being on-screen if you choose.
10 lesson program, a half hour per lesson, broadcasted live Thursdays 2:30-3 pm EST, starting Feb. 25, 2021. Online program will cover sections 5-9 of the Luohan set, $75. ONLY $55 if taking another course!
(There is a $20 discount for those taking another course during the same period.)
