Primordial Qigong (Hunyuan Nei Gong) 8 Week Class

Primordial Qigong is a power set of Qigong exercises that cleanse blockages and restores vitality and health to the body. With both internal leading of the energy as well as graceful, flowing movements, we return to the original (primordial) healthy state that is the natural state for all people. This set is revitalizing for everyone and has been shown to help heal serious illnesses such as cancer. This set is from the teachings of Grand Master Kenneth Cohen (Qigonghealing.com). Also in this class we will cover internal aspects of moving energy: meridians, acupuncture points, microcosmic orbit and belt vessel meditations. No experience needed!

Hunyuan Gong, Primordial Qigong, is a system of twelve meditative exercises, generally attributed to the famous Daoist priest Hu Yaozhen (1879-1973) and his disciple, Chen Style Taiji Quan Master Feng Zhiqiang. Feng studied with Hu for approximately nine years. Master Cohen learned this system originally from one of Master Feng's senior Taiji Quan and Qigong students, Madame Gao Fu (1916-2005) and also from Master Feng himself.
