Shiba Luohan Gong "Eighteen Immortals Qigong" 8 Week Online Distance Class
Shiba Luohan Gong was created 1500 years ago by a Buddhist monk, Da Mo, and taught to the Shaolin Monks in China to improve their health and stamina. The movements combine breathing and visualization as well as strengthening and stretching to recondition the joints, increase range of motion, and energize the body. The Luohan set is incredibly fun and invigorating. No prior experience needed!
8 week program will cover sections 10-18, one hour per week, Special Price - $120 (Price was previously $160). (Taught by Lisa B. O'Shea)
Live broadcasts on Wednesdays 6-7 pm EDT, starting September 16, 2020.
Online class is recorded during broadcast and those registered will have accessto the live online class as well as access to recordings of each class (anytime, any device) for two years. You do not have to be present during the live broadcast to participate in the course.
