Movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer and tiger strengthen the internal organs and harmonize the five elemental energies (fire, water, earth, wood, metal). We will start at the beginning of the form, adding in the deeper elements of coiling power, breathing, and visualizations of circulating energy through the meridians at the same time.
