Wednesdays 12:30 pm starting Nov. 28, 2018. What should you eat to feel well? Learn how your body changes with the seasons and what foods help or hinder that process. Learn what systems you have out of balance and what specific foods will help correct this. No prior experience is needed!
Tuesdays at 11:30 am starting Nov. 27, 2018. This is a feel-good style of Qigong! This set was devised nearly 2,000 years ago by Hua T'o, the father of Chinese medicine. Movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer and tiger strengthen the internal organs and harmonize the five elemental energies (fire, water, earth, wood, metal).
New! Wednesdays at 12 pm starting Oct. 3, 2018. This is an advanced class offered to those who have taken the Beginners and Intermediate Qigong Healers Classes. This course will offer a mentoring “apprentice” type situation for students to see first-hand how to problem-solve the therapeutic environment and cultivate your abilities in a real-life setting under my supervision.
Tuesdays at 11:30 am starting Sept. 18, 2018. Shiba Luohan Gong was created 1500 years ago by a Buddhist monk, Da Mo, and taught to the Shaolin Monks in China to improve their health and stamina.
Thursdays 1:30 - 2 pm starting Sept. 20, 2018.Strengthen the body and improve vitaltity! Silk Reeling Qigong is from the tradition of Chen style Tai Chi and involves simple whole body movements to recondition the joints and strengthen the limbs. No experience needed! 10 week program, a half hour per week. Simulcast live!
