Certified Qigong Master through YMAA, Lisa B. O’Shea, offers a weekend seminar on women’s health covering: TCM, women’s health issues, Healthy Balance Qigong, Qi Healing techniques, meridian points, nutrition, meditation, energy issues relating to emotions and relationships, and mindfulness. Seminar is open to both men and women.
The group will play through the entire Tai Chi Short Form (24) and the focus will be on enjoying the group energy and using Tai Chi as a portal to presence and centering. Rich Linder will be the organizer. During the Tai Chi Play, the form is repeated multiple times silently. This is not an instructional class. Anyone who has taken Tai Chi at our school is welcome to attend. During the summer, this class may travel to nearby parks for outdoor practice. The Healers Exchange is for students who have already taken the Healers classes at the Qi Gong Institute of Rochester and is organized by Chris Burleigh.
